Our fundamentals program is designed to introduce our students to Jiu-Jitsu in a safe way and teach them the principlans and concepts that will ensure their success as they progress in their training. Emphasis will be placed on coordination and body movements, self-defense, and basic BJJ techniques.

(2 Stripe White Belt & Up)

Our Intermediate classes are designed to help bridge the gap between our Fundamentals and Advanced programs. You will be introduced to the positions you will use in the advanced classes. It will serve to smooth the transition between classes for our students.

(4 Stripe Whitebelt & Up)

In the advanced classes, students will explore a deeper understanding of positions. Students will receive personalized level of instruction to compliment their game.

Our wrestling classes will focus soley on the standng position. The emphasis will be on takedowns in the context of Jiu-Jitsu and being able to connect your wrestling with your Jiu-Jitsu. 

Our Level 1 kids' class will focus on building confidence and discipline. Your child will learn how to move thier body in a fun and safe environment. They will learn basic BJJ techniques as well as spar in a safe and controlled manner. 

Kids will continue to build confidence and discpline. Your child will also begin to learn more advnaced techniques that require a greater attention span that our Level 1 kids class. Sparring will still be conducted in a safe way, but with more flexibility for the kids to employ the more advnaced techniques they're learning.
